Terms and Conditions for The Easy Delivery

Domestic and International Carriage

By using The Easy Delivery services, you acknowledge and agree that the domestic and international carriage of any shipments tendered to The Easy Delivery through the website theeasydelivery.com will be governed by the terms, conditions, and limitations of liability outlined herein. These are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Receiving Service

We will receive packages delivered to your The Easy Delivery address in good faith. Upon receipt, we will notify you, advise you of the actual cost of duties, taxes, and international shipping/handling, and seek your instructions for shipping or storage.

• COD Restrictions: We do not accept parcels delivered on a Cash On Delivery (COD) basis.
• Authorization: Only you are authorized to pay for and release the shipment, including any packages addressed to your friends or family members.
• Delivery Location Restrictions: The delivery address must be in the same country where you are located. Shipments cannot be sent to individuals in other countries. Payments must also be made via a card or payment method issued in the same country where you are located.

Loss or Damage of Products

• Merchant to The Easy Delivery Facility: The Easy Delivery will not be liable for products lost or damaged in transit from the merchant to any of our facilities. If a package is visibly damaged or incomplete upon inspection, we may refuse delivery, return it to the sender, and notify you.

Inspection of Packages

The Easy Delivery reserves the right to open and inspect packages at any time to ensure security, compliance with export/import laws, and accuracy of product descriptions.

• Verification: If inaccuracies in your product descriptions are found, we may request additional documentation, refuse to ship the package, or correct the provided information.
• No Obligation to Inspect: We are not responsible for inspecting packages for non-obvious damage or breakage.

No Mail Accepted

The Easy Delivery only processes packages containing purchased items.

• Prohibited Use: We are not a mail forwarding agency and do not ship documents or other mail. Mail or packages without items of value will be destroyed.
• Address Restrictions: You may not use your The Easy Delivery address for purposes other than receiving packages containing purchased products.

Unidentified Recipients

Packages with missing or incorrect customer information may delay processing.

• Contact Us: If you experience delays, contact Customer Service and provide details about the product you are expecting.
• Additional Fees: Handling fees may apply for identifying recipients of improperly addressed packages.

Unidentified Package Owner

Unclaimed goods with no identifiable owner after 90 days will be disposed of in compliance with applicable laws.

Terms of Carriage

When you request shipping and pay the total cost (including customs duties, taxes, handling charges, and storage costs), The Easy Delivery will arrange international shipment and delivery.

• Package Consolidation: We may combine, merge, split, or adjust the packaging of your items to meet country-specific regulations or optimize international shipping.
• Shipping Adjustments: You consent to any necessary packaging adjustments.

Customs and Duty Charges

• Pre-Calculated Charges: For destination countries with dedicated EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integration, The Easy Delivery may pre-calculate and charge you for customs and duty fees.
• Other Destinations: For other countries, you may be charged customs and duty fees by local authorities or delivery companies.

Import and Export Terms

By using The Easy Delivery services, you authorize us to act as your agent for managing export, import, and customs clearance procedures.

• Accuracy Required: You are responsible for providing accurate descriptions and values of your package contents. Incorrect information may result in additional duties, taxes, or penalties.

Content Descriptions

You are responsible for accurately describing your package contents and value.

• Customs Inspections: Packages may be inspected by authorities at any time. Misleading descriptions or under-declared values may lead to delays or penalties.
• No Refunds for Customs Adjustments: Differences between estimated and actual duties/taxes paid to Customs will not result in additional charges or refunds.

Shipping Cost Estimates

• Estimates Only: Shipping Cost Calculator estimates are approximate. Final charges are determined once we receive your package at your The Easy Delivery address.
• Responsibility for Charges: You are responsible for paying all actual international shipping and handling charges, even if they differ from the estimate.

Volumetric (Dimensional) Weight

Shipping costs for bulky but lightweight packages are calculated based on volumetric weight. The formula is:
Height x Width x Length (in inches) ÷ Current Divider Ratio

Clearance and Other Fees

Your final cost will include applicable government-mandated clearance fees, along with duties, taxes, shipping, and fuel surcharges if applicable.
