    1. THEEASYDELIVERY.COM is a Lahore-based import service provider operating in the UK, USA, Canada, KSA, Qatar, Istanbul, Munich, and UAE. We facilitate the purchase of designer brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Versace, Aldo, Zara, and Amazon from these regions. Acting as your agent, we place and deliver orders from online retailers.These terms outline our service conditions. Please read them before placing an order.       OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

      We act as your agent to purchase and deliver products according to your instructions. The product contract is between you and the retailer. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of proof of your advance payment (minimum 50%). If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you, and you will not be charged. Your information will be used according to our Privacy Policy available on our website.

      OUR SERVICES

      Our service charges depend on the product type and price, calculated using our order form on our website. Services begin upon order acceptance and advance payment, with estimated delivery dates communicated to you. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will inform you promptly. Significant delays may allow contract termination and refunds for unreceived products/services. Failure to pay within 14 days of a reminder may result in service suspension and interest on overdue payments.

      PRICE AND PAYMENT

      Product prices are quoted to you. If a pricing error is found, we will correct it before proceeding. Payments can be made via online bank transfer, bank deposit, cash, Easypaisa, or Jazz Cash. A 50% advance is required for order confirmation, with the balance due before delivery. Late payments incur a 5% weekly interest. Refusal to accept delivery results in forfeiture of the advance payment and product.

      DELIVERY

      Estimated delivery is approximately 30 days post-order acceptance. Delays from the retailer/brand are not our responsibility, but we will keep you informed. Delivery costs are based on product weight and number, quoted at the time of order. If no one is available to receive the order, a note or text will be left for re-delivery or collection from our office, with re-delivery charges applicable. Uncollected orders may incur additional costs and contract termination. Responsibility for the product transfers to you upon delivery or collection.

      ORDER CHANGES

      Notify us promptly to change your order. Feasible changes and costs will be communicated for confirmation.

      ENDING THE CONTRACT

      Your right to end the contract depends on service performance and timing. If we have done something wrong, see clause 7b. If you change your mind, see clause 7c. Ending the contract due to our error results in a full refund for undelivered products. Changes must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation. Completed services (delivered orders) cannot be changed.

      HOW TO END THE CONTRACT

      To end the contract, call 03218529939 or email info@theeasydelivery.com. Full refunds minus service charges will be issued if the product hasn’t been purchased. Refunds may deduct service fees up to the point of cancellation and are processed within 14 days.

      OUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT

      We may terminate the contract if payment is not made after reminders, required information isn’t provided, or delivery/collection isn’t arranged. Ending the contract for these reasons may involve refund deductions.

      PRODUCT OR SERVICE ISSUES

      Contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report any problems. Beyond this period, complaints aren’t entertained. Product-related issues follow the retailer’s terms. Exchanges due to customer error require the return in original condition, with associated costs.

      OUR LIABILITY

      We are liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by contract breach or negligence. We are not liable for unforeseeable issues.

      GENERAL POLICIES

      The contract is exclusively between you and us. Delayed enforcement doesn’t waive our rights. These terms are governed by local law and jurisdiction.

      Note: A 50% advance payment is required for order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
